Kerala black pepper comes from cooperatives with documented piperine content above the industry baseline. Meghalaya ginger is sourced at measured rhizome maturity with a standard 1.5–2% gingerol specification. Rajasthan and Gujarat supply fennel, anise, and botanicals under the same organic-standard framework, with NPOP certification in process via Ecocert.
