Process & Buyer Onboarding

From first inquiry to repeat orders — how the supply process works, what to prepare, and what to expect at each stage.

Farm to Dock

Full traceability at every step.

01

Direct Farm Sourcing

Tea from Darjeeling and Assam estates. Spices from Kerala and North East India. All procurement directly from Ecocert-registered farms with documented organic management plans.

02

In-House Processing

Small-batch processing at our Vadodara facility under FSSAI licence. Cleaning, grading, and packaging handled internally for full chain-of-custody. No sub-contracted processing.

03

Quality Checkpoints

Inspection at inward receipt, in-process quality holds, and pre-dispatch lab validation. Certificate of Analysis issued per batch. Moisture, purity, and foreign matter verified.

04

Batch-Coded Dispatch

Every shipment carries a batch code traceable to source farm lot and processing record. Documentation package: commercial invoice, packing list, COA, phytosanitary certificate, and organic transaction certificate.
