Every certified-organic consignment ships with a lot-specific organic Transaction Certificate (TC) — the EU Certificate of Inspection (COI) for EU shipments — issued by our certifier, Ecocert, for that exact lot. It is the document your control body and customs authority require to accept the goods as organic, and it is what separates genuine certified organic from unverified “organic” claims. A certified-organic order typically runs about 6–8 weeks from confirmation to dispatch — covering raw-material procurement, processing, packaging, and issuing this certificate. Ocean transit is then additional by destination: roughly 3–5 weeks to the EU/UK, 4–6 weeks to the USA, and 1–2 weeks to the GCC. We build the full timeline into every quote, coordinate the certifier for you, and run sampling and qualification in parallel.
