VSV holds a full stack of active licences and certifications — FSSAI, IEC, AD Code, GSTN, MSME, Tea Board, Spice Board, ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP — together with certified organic programmes via Ecocert: NPOP, USDA NOP and EU Organic 2018/848, plus GMP and Certified Tea Master. UK Organic and ACO/NASAA are planned. Every status below reflects our current certifications and licences.

IEC — Import Export Code
● ActiveMandatory registration for Indian exporters. Enables direct cross-border shipment without intermediaries. Required on all export documentation.
Tea Board of India
● ActiveTea Board Export Licence and Buyer Registration. Mandatory for all Indian tea exporters. Covers sourcing, buying, and export of tea under Tea Board oversight.
AD Code — Export Ports
● ActiveAuthorised Dealer codes registered at both primary export ports. Required for foreign currency remittances against export shipments.
Spice Board of India
● Active · registeredSpice Board Export Registration — the regulatory authority for Indian spice exporters, equivalent to Tea Board for the spice category. Required for export of spices under Spice Board oversight and for accessing Spice Board quality certification programmes.
GSTN & MSME
● ActiveGST registration for domestic and export invoicing. MSME registration under the Udyam scheme, confirming VSV’s status as a registered Indian manufacturer.
Organic Certification — Ecocert
Certified organic. Three markets.
NPOP Processing and NPOP Trading are both certified via Ecocert India. USDA NOP and EU Organic 2018/848 are certified via Ecocert’s dual-certification pathway. All three organic programmes are held today. Certificate numbers, scope, and validity for each programme are available on request.
